การตรวจสอบตำแหน่งแผ่นชิพในตู้ rack ด้วย Machine Vision

บทความนี้เรามาดูการประยุกต์ใช้ (Application) ของระบบการวิเคราะห์ภาพอัตโนมัติ (Machine Vision) ที่ใช้ในอุตสาหกรรมสารกึ่งตัวนำ (Semiconductor Industry) ครับ เป็นการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบ Machine Vision ในการตรวจสอบ (Checking) ตำแหน่ง (Position) ของแผ่นชิพ (Wafer) ที่ถูกใส่เข้าไปในตู้ Rack ครับ

วิธีดั้งเดิมคือการตรวจสอบด้วย Photoelectric Sensor แต่วิธีนี้มีผลเสียกับแผ่น Wafer ได้ เนื่องจากการทำงานที่ผิดปกติ ระบบ Machine Vision ที่นำมาใช้ จะตรวจสอบระยะ Pitch โดยใช้เทคนิคจับขอบ (Edge Detection) ระหว่างแผ่น Wafer เพื่อตรวจตำแหน่งและรายงานผลออกมาว่าเป็นของดีหรือมีปัญหา ซึ่งช่วยลดต้นทุนและความเสียหายของแผ่น Wafer ได้เยอะเลยทีเดียว

เอเอฟพี – ซันโย อิเล็กทริก บริษัทญี่ปุ่นที่โด่งดังเรื่องการผลิตเครื่องใช้อิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับผู้บริโภค วันพุธ(14)ได้เปิดตัวหม้อหุงข้าวรุ่นแรกของโลก ที่สามารถเปลี่ยนเม็ดข้าวสารให้กลายเป็นขนมปัง

หม้อหุงข้าวรุ่นใหม่เอี่ยมนี้ สามารถโม่เม็ดข้าวสาร 1 ถ้วยให้กลายเป็นแป้งข้าวเจ้า จากนั้นก็ผสมแป้งดังกล่าวกับน้ำ, แป้งเปียนกลูเตน, ยีสต์, และส่วนผสมอื่นๆ แล้วมันก็จะสามารถอบให้เป็นขนมปัง 1 แถวขึ้นมาโดยใช้เวลา 4 ชั่วโมง
